Fund Administration Associate

Sheila Beach serves as Fund Administration Associate for EA Capital Management, bringing more than two decades of leadership experience across education, management, real estate, and operations. Her work is defined by precision, accountability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to clients and partners.

Before joining EA Capital, Sheila built a successful career in real estate, serving clients across East Texas, Dallas, and Corpus Christi. Her focus on financial integrity, strategic communication, and relationship management established her as a trusted adviser for both buyers and investors navigating complex transactions.

Prior to her transition into finance and real estate, Sheila spent 26 years in education, including 15 years as a Career and Technology Department Chair for Corpus Christi ISD. Her background in organizational leadership and program management provides a strong foundation for her role in fund administration, where attention to detail and regulatory compliance are critical.

Sheila earned both her Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration from Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi and her Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Management from East Texas A&M University.

Outside of her professional work, Sheila is an active volunteer with Weimaraner Rescue of Texas and Rhodesian Ridgeback Rescue, Inc., reflecting her long-standing commitment to service and community.
