Sharon Beach

Sharon is a co-founder and managing partner of EA Capital Management serving as the CIO and Director of Compliance and Investor Relations.  After more than 25 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry at Merck & Co., Inc., she transitioned her corporate expertise into entrepreneurship, becoming a founder and partner in private investment firms. 

In 2017 Sharon joined McAlister Investment Real Estate as Vice-President of Investor Relations which led her to co-founding McAlister Assets, a private equity/alternative investment firm, in 2018.  From 2018 – 2021 she was instrumental in managing and raising $165M for seven different funds focusing on real estate and rail served industrial parks.  

In 2025 Sharon joined Jonathon and Holly Haralson of Empire Ag as co-founder and partner of EA Capital Management where she serves as CIO and Director of Compliance and Investor Relations.  Sharon’s diverse background gives her a unique perspective on leadership, innovation and navigating change.

Sharon serves on numerous committees in various industries and received her BS and M.Ed. from Texas A&M University.
