Holly Haralson is the Founder and Director of Fund Administration at EA Capital Management, where she oversees all financial operations, compliance, and fund administration activities across the firm’s portfolio. Her leadership ensures that investor capital is managed with transparency, precision, and accountability—grounded in the realities of production agriculture.

With a decade-long background in healthcare as a pharmacist, Holly brings a unique discipline to finance and operations. The accuracy, systems thinking, and data integrity required in that field directly inform her approach to financial management and institutional reporting.

Her transition into agriculture began through hands-on experience managing Grandview Farms, her family’s Texas farming and ranching operation. There, she developed expertise in agricultural accounting, capital structure, and operational finance—skills she now applies to help investors and producers achieve sustainable growth.

At EA Capital Management, Holly leads fund administration and compliance for private agricultural investments, coordinating with more than 20 financial institutions and ensuring operational efficiency from due diligence to reporting.
