Cayla Holleman

Cayla is a finance executive with more than a decade of experience structuring capital solutions in rural markets. She is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Project Finance at On Point Corporation, where she designs multi-layered financing strategies blending government lending programs, tax credits and private capital to advance complex projects.

She previously helped establish and grow a USDA OneRD lending platform at a national lending bank, focusing on advancing sustainable capital to underserved rural markets. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years at USDA Rural Development, administering more than 20 federal loan, grant and guarantee programs for agricultural producers, tribal governments, cooperatives and private businesses.

Her expertise in private equity structuring, credit oversight and federal program delivery makes her a valuable contributor to advancing capital access for agricultural producers and rural enterprises.
